We will depart from your hotel in the morning and drive along the coastline to the historic Marble Mountains, where we can explore the caves and temples built right into the mountain, and observe spectacular views of the expanding city of DaNang and the famous china beach.

 

The tour will then continue along the coast to Monkey mountain, where the road climbs and twists its way up and around the several peaks of Son Tra peninsula, stopping at several points to admire the views. Lunch will be had at the top of one of the peaks where you can enjoy a 360 degree view and a cool breeze while having your meal.

 

After lunch, monkeys may be spotted as we drive down and around the backside of the mountain, taking in sweeping views along the coastal road, stopping at the Lin Ung Pagoda to marvel at the giant Buddha. The tour continues along the north coast of DaNang to the top of Hai Van Pass where bunkers remaining from the war can be explored.

 

After coming down from Hai Van Pass, we turn inland and drive thru some craftsman villages and rice paddies before arriving back at your hotel in time for dinner, having seen the area around DaNang from several different perspectives.
